Setting the stage with massive 21.5″ touch screen, the PULSE self serve controller will enhance the customer experience, extending transaction times and returning happy members.

The visual presentation of the PULSE is focused around delivering the best experience possible. Wash selections are displayed in realtime on the LED perimeter lighting and throughout the PULSE interface. Seasonal, branded, and user selectable themes are also available.
REAL-TIME MONITORING
Industry first visual real-time monitoring of all critical systems when using the full PULSE sensor suite, including chemical level alerts and sensor warnings. The Pulse-ware dashboard software provides both runtime based alerts and condition based alerts, notifiying you when regular maintenance is required or when equipment failure thresholds are been surpassed.
CLOUD CONNECTED, EVER EVOLVING
Leveraging over-the-air updates, the PULSE continually updates and evolves over time with new features and services, ensuring evolving support and reliability. Customizations can be configured remotley allowing for quick changes to stay up to date with site conditions.
POWERFULL ANALYTICS
Look beyond standard performance metrics; the Pulse Wash Dashboard also manages membership data, Pulse device controls, service management, security DVR data, customer support tickets, detailed utility and chemical measuring, and membership reward programs.

- PULSE-EYE: Built in security camera for every washbay, and QR reader for membership programs.
2. Count-up / down timer: Keep customers engaged in transactions for longer compared to pre-paying a fixed amount. This feature uses a pre-authorization amount, similar to how a gas-pump operates when paying at the pump. When activated by a coin mechanism, the PULSE uses a count down timer.
3. Customer Help: Customers can see helpfull resources on how to use the wash equipment to your standards, or report problems with the wash immediately; a perfect solution for unstaffed locations.
4. Pause Timer: Optional and customizable pause timer feature provides customers with a customizable unbilled grace period. This feature entices customers to stay within a single longer transaction rather than stopping a transaction and using an extended amount of unbilled time in the bay.
5. Cashless Pay Option: Cashless pay option for frictionless sales, as well as integration for pulse based third-party coin acceptors.
ADVANCED SERVICE INTEGRATIONS
Built with service at the forefront, the PULSE includes a first of its kind washbay builder for initializing site-builds, as well as built in digital schematics and an intuitive user interface for streamlined servicing. The washbay builder eliminates the need for having CAD experience or where CAD floorplans are not available, making both new builds and retrofits simple and straightforward.
